I am a pragmatic dreamer and never give up on my dreams, no matter what challenges I face. I learned to be humble, tolerant and open-minded. I have the strength and courage to set big goals no matter the circumstances.

After 17 years in sales and 4 years of entrepreneurship, I have formed a habit of thoughtful and consistent action, which is probably my key ingredient to achieving each goal.

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2018 when I became a Business Partner of LMI Romania. For me, these 4 years have meant growth, knowledge and development.

Now I can truly appreciate all the failures and challenges I have faced, because they have taught me to change my thinking and behavior, gather information, and develop the skills I need to move forward.

One of the biggest challenges was changing my way of thinking, it was very difficult for me to “take off the role of employee” and assume the role of businesswoman.

The saving solution was learning how to set my goals correctly, becoming an expert in goal setting, and I am very grateful that through my work I am able to pass on this knowledge and experience to my clients.

I do what I do with passion and although there are times when I have doubts, adding value to the people I work with, helping them make the necessary changes to improve their quality of life, gives me a feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction. That is why it is worth the effort on my part.
